The American Journal of Medicine (AJM) Hepatitis C Resource Center: A Newly Updated Educational Initiative
Undiagnosed and untreated hepatitis C is a global public health issue, with growing numbers of patients suffering and dying from the consequences of chronic infection, including cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. The American Journal of Medicine (AJM) Hepatitis C Resource Center (hepcresource.amjmed.com), developed by AJM and Elsevier Multimedia Publishing, has a goal of providing global clinician audiences with the latest information on HCV screening and care. The educational programs, free up-to-date full-text articles and guidelines contained within the primary care- and specialist-focused sections of this Resource Center are readily available to impart increasingly invaluable HCV disease-state and clinical knowledge to all healthcare providers in hospital- and community-based settings.
Please visit this Journal Resource Center and we hope you find all the activities you encounter to be not only informative, but also helpful to your everyday practice. Upon completion of the activities of interest to you, we would really appreciate it if you could spare a few minutes to blog us your opinions of the Resource Center and provide suggestions on how to improve the content.
